The governor of Massachusetts said there are no plans to put tolls at the state line with New Hampshire.Monica Tibbits-Nutt, the secretary of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation, floated the idea last week. She said a task force working to find ways to raise money was looking into the possibility of border tolls.A spokesperson for Gov.
