SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) — The Harrisburg softball team continued their dominant run in class ‘AA’ softball, following a 13-5 win over Washington.

Tuesday’s game was a top five ranked matchup and it had quite the start.

Harrisburg came out swinging, putting up five first inning runs, including a Hailey Boer homerun.

However, Washington had quite the answer. They’d use a sac fly, a double and a two-run homerun from Tajsia Herron to score four runs.

From there, the Tigers offense would continue to roll, adding eight more runs throughout the game, while the Warriors were only able to muster one more run.

The Tigers are now 12-2 on the season.
